10 mi. E, 15 mi. N Warm Springs, 6000 ft., Nye Co., Nevada.
and Tetradymia; there were however occasional large
patches of pure [illegible] Chryso. and Tetra- with few
or no Artemisia. In these patches we noticed much
Dipodomys and Thomomys evidence. The Artemisia
~0.7M tall.
community was quite dense. Soil in both areas
was fine, powdery sand (actually more "dirt" than "sand")
