1030-We collected traps and drove to Tehachapi
[Sand Canyon] where we set 100 live traps.
We then gassed-up in Mojave and drove to
Boron locality.
1330 - Very warm at Boron locality - we walked
around then set the remaining traps (194)
we chose a trapping locality with more
hareea divaricata - since it appears that D.
merriami prefer these shrubs [under which
to build nests]. The evening was cool and
clear. A wind blew most of the night [-25 mph]
