"Camp 1" As mentioned before, the traps across the Road were checked twice through the night and once more at ~0500. The results: 16 Dipodomys < ~10 D. perminutus ~6 D. merriami 12 P. longimembris 7 P. fumousus 7 Perognathus monachus 4 Onychomys torridus Since these were checked thrice, I didn't figure-out "success!" 0900 - We collected up traps, broke camp, and headed for L.A. 4 October 5.5 mi. ENE Johannesburg, San Bernardino Co., California, 3200 ft. [T29S, R41E, SE 1/4 sec 23] "Camp 2" We left Los Angeles ~ 6:20 PM (1820) and arrived at this locale ~ 9:00 (2100).
