Color notes for a & L. u life: Throat and sides of venter purplish pink bordered ant, medially & posteriorly by blue but the blue border on either side not meeting medially. Two golden yellow spots on body at base of trow forearm. Anterior legs: one dorsal to the insertion & the other ventral. Underside of rear legs & vent area lighter yellow. 65 Cnemidophorus Sam got two and I got me here catalogued. Mine was stone running along the fence in the lower part of the locality. Photos of mouth, top and venter. 6 Scincella silvicola Philip got this one under a fallen nothip oak tree in the upper part of the locality. Another "flash of a tail" may see on the bank & later exactly where we caught this one so it could have been a second specimen. Color u life: Belly pale yellowish green. Photo of dorsolateral view. Laid two oblong eggs back in the lab at Berkeley. These are preserved along with the specimen.
