Picked up Hwy 83 out of Carrizo Springs and took it all the way u to laredo. Picked up a Dor Crotalus atrox 57.2 miles ~~ SE of Carrizo Springs by road on Hwy 83. Drove into Laredo for breakfast and after doing some shopping we headed for Nuevo Laredo and the border. We got turned down, however, because of no metal license on the car.
