18-19 July up well into the night. Addendum: During our night walk for frogs toads we saw a sleeping Urasaurus ornatus. She was far out on bare projecting branch of a acacia tree that was hanging out into a path. Her tail was extending straight back ~ the limb toward the base & her head was pro aligned toward the tip. The back legs were drawn back along the body the tail & the front legs were bent tight against the limb beneath the chest. Basically she was aligned along the branch & tucked in as close to limb as she could get. Also saw a Holbrookia elegans when we first pulled into the campsite. 19 July Arose about 7:00 AM and had breakfast which consisted of a cup of coffee. Wait'd into Sahuaripa and worked on the arrigos and farm fields just N. of Sahuaripa. The area is a typical riparian community with large acacias. Saw and/or caught the following. 301-304 Pternohylla fodjeus: the town kids got all of these out of cement tanks buried in the ground at what appears to be a tannery. It is within sight of the prison on the north side of town. 305 - 324 Rana pipiens group. Abundant throughout the area. Most small in size.
