72 Crotalus Found under a rotting dried log on the cleared part of the hillside. We camped in the open area below the road and above the streambed and were entertained by a series of electrical storms passing from west to east to the north of our camp. We had no rain at camp. 10 May Arose at 6:00 PM to get an early start for the border. Went back north to catch Hwy 60 west and then at San Ygnacio Texas Hwy 57 north all the way to Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass where we crossed the border about 4:00 PM Texas time. Found a Dor Rhinocheilus Iecantei on Mex. Hwy. 57 at a distance of 0.8 miles S. cutoff to Acatita, Coahuila, Mex. Took U.S. Hwy 277 west out off Eagle Pass to Del Rio where we had dinner and began night driving U.S. Hwy 30 west. We got into thunderstorms and started picking up the following: Phrynosoma cornutum actually picked up just outside of Del Rio at the junction of Texas Farm Hwy 1588 and U.S. Hwy 277, Maverick Co, Texas before dark and the rains.
