Green 1927 39 Colorado River 20 mi. S. of Pilot Knob, Lower Cab., Mexico Oct. 16, 1927 Sunday. 7 Steel sets caught nothing. The set in the road which had no bait had one trap sprung by coyote. This afternoon Mr. Lamb and I went out in the row boat; I saw a Gull and numerous ducks, herons, egrets, and two semicollar flycatchers. When I went around my trap line this evening I found one set of three missing. The mepicans stole them; I saw 8 or more nighthawks sitting on the shady side of the leve
