I set 20 mouse and rat traps south ward running a-but 200 yds. from camp. Also one steel set along an old smaller irrigation ditch. There are both raccoon tracks & coyote there. Last evening and this evening there was a noise outbreak of coyote yells. I judge a bout 10 different cells or teen different coyotes, I saw 7 California woodpeckers today just the other side of the border. There are many towkees, atmooses, gunners, blue jays, and chipping sparrows here. These are at least the most plentiful.
