Neotoma. 4 m + 1 f peregrinations. 2 f + 1 m + one dead of Peromyscus. One steel set caught nothing. 912 Neotoma f 166.7 g 285-128-32-25 Caught in tree or nest 913 Neotoma f 123.2 g 305-151-31-27 caught on ground beside nest. 914 Neotoma f 142. g 300-136-32-26 Caught on side of bank of Arroyo. 915 Neotoma m 142. g same as 913 only in daylight Caught 285-150-33-27 916 Dufor (toad). caught in cook tent. in pond water. 917 Ligerol 36. g Shot on rock mistaken for chipmunk. 918 Ammospermophilus m 96.6g 220-65-36-6 Caught between large rocks, Oasis. 919 Rat 73.g 33-24-6-9 Shot near camp. Set 12 more rat traps out tonight around rocky hillside around Oasis. There are 50 traps out now and one steel set. I saw 3 ammos spermophilus today but could not get a shot at one, I saw an cactus woodpecker. Mr. Lamb & Leach shot a bat tonight after sunset.
