Greece, H. 1990 November 4 (continued) Dipsadobia sp. coiled >3m above the stream in a bush which enlarged its head when they caught it. I could only evoke sustained crawling and persistent head hiding under a circular, compact (but not closed) body coil in handling it. It is a powder green snake w/ silver eye & vertical black pupil, black intercalan skin, and a forgorwise blue venter that runs upon the sides of the tail - replaced by irregular yellow or ventral side of several inches of neck and a white chin. I popped a relatively large Rana cf. argensis from the snake that had been swallowed head-first. Rain continues as dinner is served, and Vincent continues to charm everyone w/ his quick wit. On the way down from the Blue Hills today, he told us the big black millipedes (~5 x 16 mm) we see commonly will coil around your penis and cut it off. That
