Stopped in vicinity of Staggs Springs in Sonoma Co., but couldn't get access. cadle then went by coastal route and stopped for some collecting, while I took 2 cars up hwy 128. Camped at Hendy Woods State park. 17 April 1.7 mi N. Hwy 128 on Flynn Creek Rd., Mendocino Co., California This is an area of streamside forest beside a stream on the west side of the road, w/ open areas and ties from an abandoned railroad line. Spent about 1 hour here and get Areides flavipunctatus, Eoscatina, Taricha granulosa, Batrachoseps, Hyla, Euceeces, and Genhonotus coeruleus (DOR), and Thamnophis elegans (DOR). 6.1 mi E.
