At 0947 saw 4 does at very crest of this hill. 0950 a pair of Golden Eagles passing overhead, gradually working to the west. 1004. A flock of about 30 (or more) Band-tailed Pigeons in large flocks in clearing on top of ridge SW of feet. Continued flushing pigeons in open oak woodland as I continued down slope to the road, and back to house at 1030.
