Weather fair 5/10 thin C1, light wind with slight turbulence. Noted that seedlings just sprouted in dis- turbed grass along the roadside is almost entirely thistle. The new young growth inside the enclosure appears at this stage to be Medicago. Dec. 9. 1600 Checked traps. Dec. 11. 0810 Serviced rain gauge 0.28", total 6.57". Weather: sky obscured in base of ST, calm. Ground and vegetation very wet from past drizzle and fog drip. Checked traps out- side the Behavior lab. Dec. 12. 1620. Serviced traps. Dec. 13. 1525.
