Water hole + pan both completely dry. Serviced hygrometer graph, filled waterhole and pan, and scattered one full can of grain. Sept. 24. At Belavia Lab., pen 0900, weather clear + warm, fresh NE'y wind with moderate turbulence. Refilled dry water hole + scattered 1/2 can of grain, the previous ration not yet being used up. Also threw a little water on dusting areas to dampen them. Sept. 27 at Belavia Lab., pen, 1815-. Weather 4/10 sc, moderate westerly wind with slight turbulence. Water hole dry. Filled water hole + scattered a can of grain and at 1820 started observation period from the hut. Sept. 28. At Belavia Lab., pan, 0905. Weather 4/10 remnant of clearing SC, light wind with slight turbulence. killed a feral house cat just
