June 5. 1622 At Behavior hbl. pen. Weather overcast ST cloud with sloping base 50-100 feet above hillsides and covering Grizzly Peak. Moderate SW wind with slight turbulence. Water-hole dry. Filled water hole + spread a can of grain. Noted that dust baths showed clear evidence of use + Serviced rain gauge (illegible) (.02"), and returned to observation hut 1630. June 7. 1245 At Behavior hbl. pen. serviced weather instruments. Spread a can of grain, filled water hole, put out 3 handfuls of pigeon grit. Weather Yo CO, light westerly wind with slight turbulence. loaded equipment for field trip.
