Nov. 28. Strawberry Canyon, Alameda Co.
0930, at Behavin Lab. pen serviced
trap, left unset, + baited a full
can of grain. In removing birds
from the trap, they showed a pre-
frence for the lowest corner in
seeking escape, and consequently
did not readily go through the exit
gate which was up-slope. I moved
the trap to place the exit opening
down hill. Weather clear, strong
+ very turbulent east wind. Left
the Lab. at 1000.
