Water pool is overflowing, so cut supply down to a still smaller trickle. 0900 Serviced instruments. 1530 Returned to Behavin lab. for observations, until 1710. June 26. Strawberry Canyon, Alameda County. 0930 Weather in Behavin Lab. clear and sunny, light wind; stratus on the hills cleared only in last few minutes. Observed from the Observation hut until about 1000 then searched for + cleared a few heads until 1050. 1535 Returned to pen. Replan- ished dust bath with a bucket of fine sand. Weather - scattered patches of SC, banks of ST moving in from SW, moderate wind with moderate turbulence, gusts moving stems and taller grasses markedly. 1615. Sky now overcast ST, some breaks permit brief sunshine.
