chance and leaves for the fields.
Uses all my energy walking to Beach
Ridge wannigan. Collapsed in a
leap on a bunk. After a bit went
our and looked at where shorebirds
used to be, then waded through
upper meadow lake trying to cut off
jws. old squaws. I have severely
developed infinite respect for old squaw's
ability to avoid predation!
Soap kaalf seminar tonight -
scheduled at 8:00 - Brewers slowed
up at 8:50. Poor show. Interesting
seminar despite Miller's frequent
interruptions. Afterwards put up
2 more king Salmon birds and fell
into the rack. [What the hell is a
Salmon bird ??].

I'm razed! Sigh.
Wrote two long-procrastinated
letters, then put up squirrel in morning.
Spent afternoon in field South of
Beach Ridge wannigan. Activity
better than any day in past week or
so, but not too much feeding. Saw
several clutches of pectorals, 1 of golas
