All was not in vain, as an Eskimo came in with two yellow- billed loons. Rich and I has left were at the duck camp, never really believing... Hear about a plane leaving tomorrow for S.W. Alaska to pick up 2 some bear cubs for Folk project. Went down and talked to May (40 min about sex, 2 min. about plan) and left without knowing much more than I knew going in. Returned- weather still miserable, so put up long-tails Jaeger, P sizer, Han packed some gear, just in case.
