Base of Black Shale 6 at 1022, Thin bedded Madison direct by overlaid by corniforme. 10 feet at base sparingly cherty, and parts quite blue, 2 feet very cherty . 2 feet dark brown. Total 14½ Rocks dipping as strongly south ward that several hundred feet anthe ward the Black Shale base level has fallen to 960. The anticline is N of 2. (870) 3 Slight blue clay Madison led, with Dictadium at 5 ft 6 in. Madm on rocks up to 2 ½ ft above Rolling Fork. Top of system at 878. Black Shale not seen N of mine N¼ distilling the Black
