120 North Vorum. Trip. Black shale. with Amicid[illegible] 1 ft 6 in? crinoid limestone. Afterline gained the limestone. blackgrounded slate. some chalk at several levels, with 4 ½ft limestone: crinoidal. 8 in chert on top loachy-jerodes, shreds. some cimals. 1 foot with chert at top. plenty of bread. On road east of Dimmit Wall [illegible] 8 feet of banded rock. [illegible] 14½in. it crinal remains. some traces. 14 in with crinal remains. 3 feet with numerous rounded crinal fragments. 121 Top 1. lower Silurian at mill is 5790 below level of Atarac. West fort: L. Cr 12' densest crinoidal white rock. 14' Oegrad clay crops out. 15' projecting ledge. a few crinoid bones. 4°6' limestone merging downwardly. 3° 10' Madison like clay rocks. 14' quite solid light brown rock, but look but not Clinton. Lower Silurian. Top 1. quarry 6 in ledge is 28¼ feet above Lower Silurian. Top 1. quarry 6 in. is 49½ feet and top of Sav. Silurian is 77¾ ft below Railroad level at West fort. To this add about 1 ft in each case mng to S.R. level take 2 square S of depth.
