At the turn of the river
below Bakers mill bar, the
rock dips strongly down
the run, and then rises
slowly. Next the rocks became
nearly horizontal, then up
slightly downward, and
rise again with not changing
the elevation of the face of the
Richmond over the river road
since the land west of Cross
Creek. Next the rocks rise
slightly, then dips slightly.
The rest remaining horizon-
tally horizontally.
