Brode 1934 Reithrodonomys megalotis July 5 12 mi. S Yerington, 4600 ft., W. Walker R., Lyon Co., Nev. one specimen was found near the base of the north hill not far from the irrigation canal on the north of the railroad tracks on a little patch of sandy soil near some willows. July 6 6 mi. S Yerington, 4600 ft., W. Walker R., Lyon Co., Nev. two specimens were found in mm ways near pond. July 9 3 mi. S Schurz, 4100 ft., Mineral Co., Nevada caught two specimens in the river toward end of a trap line extending from Walker River east into the desert. July 10 In traps placed near camp I collected two specimens, one in damp sand and vegetation near the stream and one on the ground in camp among cottonwoods. July 18 E. Walker R., 5050 ft., 2 mi N W Morgans Ranch Mineral Co. found one specimen in trap near river in grove of cottonwoods.
