Brode 1934 Pergnathus longimembris panamintinus June 30 Mason Valley 12 mi. E Wellington 5000 ft, Lyon Co. Nevada. Thirteen specimens were taken from traps set in a desert-like habitat. The plants were principally Atriplex, Sarcobatus and a species of Chryso- Thamnus. The specimens were so small that at least five were caught by tail only and one by its foot. Mason Valley 5 mi. N Pine Grove, 5300 ft, Mineral Co. Nev. Seven were taken from traps set in the same plant habitat as above station. In one trap there was a tail in the next trap there was a mouse without a tail. One specimen was badly eaten by ants. July 8 Took one specimen from trip line camp on about 1/2 mile east of Walker River. in sandy area, July 9 Took two specimens from same line of trapping used yesterday July 18 E Walker R., 5050 ft, 2 mi NW Morgans Ranch, Mineral Co. Nev. found one specimen on hillside, above school house, in rocks. July 19 found another specimen in a similar location as of yesterday; July 18
