Brode 1934 Dipodomys merriami July 8 3 mi., S Schurz, 4100 ft. Mineral Co. Nevada. Nine specimens were in the trap line results. They were taken in the flat open country and on the banks of washes and irrigation canals (dry). July 9 Collected three more specimens from the same trap line as used on July 8. in Sacrobated and Atriplex The run ways fan out from the burrows and the tail marks gives a good idea of their travels!
