Alcorn 1939 Spilogale gracilis Wilson Ranch, north of Wilson Canyon, 4600 ft., Lyon Co., Nev. Dec. 28, into a corner & there put the pipe down near it & with a broom I pushed the animal into the pipe & then into a sack & carried the "picking" animal to a small stream & drowned it without it stinking. It was a fat skunk & I noted where it had been feeding on the bacon & hams that were stored in the building.
