On a gravelly knoll covered
with sagebrush and among
scattered large boulders I
cought one (no.207 JRA) of these
pocket mice. I had trapped
in this vicinity last year but
caught none so I was rather
surprised when I found this
one in a trap that was baited
with a raisen
