Can. and heard others. 4/27 2 new nets in Sycamore, no eggs. 1893. 3/29 Saw a 5 in our Aspen trees. 1894. July 25 I witnessed a fracas in an apricot Tree between two 5's and a yg. & House Trick. A 5 bullocki was near but took no part in the proceedings. After considerable fuss and noise on the part of the Orioles, the limit fell to the ground. On picking it up I found that it was headless, the head having been completely severed near the body. The Oriole then left. Cause - probably apricots.
