RT Holmz 1963 Journal 25 July Barrow, Alaska small group / putters / redbalds were noticed. In afternoon, I went to garden and t vicinity - saw 8n peetns but not many. Weather was calm in my manly parts funny - but wind (10-15mph) in afternoon - with increasing cloudiness. By late evening it was heavy breeze & a light rain fell which went - sporadically through the night. About 10pm I walked out through the drum and saw 1 dm SB & 1 AA BS. After 1 8 9 peetns was absent. 26 July Barrow, Alaska Went to Bear Ridge - with moderate - soft & cold wind - slope - east & it's mouth up to Wobblesley & then across caked marsh. Several Broad / peetns seen - wall stop in past notebook - almost flying. Two groups / flyer redbalds - the adults in also found. In addition small flight / putters / redbalds were present All fudery we been here expland area - with horizon at Travisa Moss March ground.
