Weather overcast but no wind in the
morning. Light N.W. breeze during the afternoon
with some sunshine. Frogs were drawn
by 650 - Snow became slushy quite late -
& many areas along the Bead Ridge &
Snow became exposed.
0800 - 1700. Uth - Br. Hen Aur - 5 Sanderling,
15+ Red-backed ; 2 Baird ; 2 Pectoral ; 2ot
Semi-pale ; 1 Golden Plover; 4 Red-eyed Vireo;
1 Pipit (colliebeet) ; Longspur & buntings.
1300 - 1700. Bead Ridge (2 RB, 15 p. - along
N. part of ridge - no birds in Pitelka's Plot).
Elm Lagoon - flock of 1 Pectoral, Jun.
RB, Sev. RT., 2 Pomarine Jaegers;
Longspur & buntings . 2 Snow
