Nycticorax caledonicus: Male AD., 1/2 minus, repose, silvery grey.
SOFT PARTS: Iris, yellow; Bill, black with green horn streaks (upper M); lower M, black horn tip and edges and pale green horn base. Cere, yellowish green. L, greenish yellow; F, bright yellow, claws, horn.
SHOT: 9:30 a.m. WGHT: 884 gms.
SKL: thick, hard. STM: 1/1 1 large flathead fish recently caught, weighing 130 gms, and 211mm long and 40 mm. wide.
