Next, road turns NNE again, then
ENE. A little Cincinnati
delvis runs in the road.
House on S side of road,
NE y house by rm, just before
end of road toward ESE,
Cincinnati rubs debris at
several intermediate points.
Where road begins to go strong,
from hill is first Cincinmate
rnb, then jumble clay, farther
dwn road and quite farther
dwn is Bossfield, a little
furn are also, a little lower is
Crab Oak and white clay. Still
lower is from West Union plain
tically vertical with strike
about N 80 E. The road goes
more directly south and turns
one east. In a short distance
the exposures are from West Union,
then for a much larger distance
they are marble.
About 300 yards west of the point
where the road turns N in order to
give the spike there is exposed the
Delvis Black shale.

Marble for considerable distance
sides up hill.
At first west of hill is marble and thus
marble continues to se and east, a
short distance S of house on left of
road.
From this house northward to bend
of road is from West Union.
Then E to bend of road.
Then NNE down hill where rock is
from West Union to road junction
with house toward NE side of
junction.
West of this house is white Crab
Oak and clay, and farther west in
the sun bed Bossfield. Limestone
are common. Some that are
dark green.
A short distance before reaching
the house and end of lane, a
dry wealth. The sun is indicated
by the cut on line. Bossfield is
exposed SE of this limestone crossing
in a low elevation in this valley.
There, from of this Bossfield is
dipple marked on large scale. One
layer one layer is included here
in the debris. The iron ore bed is
well exposed west of this dry water
stream dipping strongly eastward.
The bed about 2 ft thick. The dry
stream goes only about 2 feet below
this red bed. The bed rises to,
point where road turns NW to house,
