Peckhami 2/3 mm. total. 43 Spongophyllum giganteum; Etheridge, Rec. Sed. Surv. NSW, fn 1898-1900 Publ., 1901, p. 158 published in 1899. Circumferential zone largely vesicular; the vesicles large. 5 pta 7 intermediate zone from 45-50, with un marked divisions into primary & secondary, intra- costal dissepiments; Central area tabulate, tubulae very close together, as a rule, largely vesicular, the vesicles small, looks much like Spongyphyll- um, except that tubulae are described as vesicular, Whole Cryathophyllum Mitchelli. Der. Etheridge. D dem. Vol. 2, p. 172. Resembles very Bolmiense, Blainville. 1892, Laudaleia(?) bipartita, Eth. D dem. vol. 1 p. 22 1889. Resembles my Spongophyllum demgophyllodes very closely.
