Loc 3, One mile east of Spenny Hill in road across the ridge dirt by Rivon & Fleming Co, Bennavista as N-mn. 17 ft 9 in Corroded. 9 ft Sanding exposed. 19 ft Bedford Bera horisich shaly co. O-w-2 well exposed. Olin's shale, top_ Loc. 4, East of Farmville, up a road not on the maps. T pt of hill 28 ft Grayish clay shales, 31 ft Bennavista, 5 ft 3 in greenish clay and shaly sand slay, 15 ft 6 in Sanding shale. Osmelito 16 ft exposed Bedford Bera. 5 ft Corroded perfectly Bedford. Olin's shale. Loc 5 East of McGregors schoolhouse. 1/2 ft Day tin limestone. 13 1/2 ft Clay whitish. 7 1/2 pt Barnwish b. with stratified seams. 7 1/2 ft shaly clay + a little Olnact 5 1/2 ft thin limestone and clay. Perceived in & drunince lead, 14 ft Corroded limeston 22 ft Clay mine, benar not seen 2 1/2 miles directly west of Plann- Loc 6. mud will cross across ridge to Hill. Bennavista, thrust layers seem to 10 ft 3 in corroded. 5 mit exposed, 13 1/2 ft Sanding, top uncertain perfectly. 25 1/2 pt Bedford Bera internal, poorly exp. not strict a contact ferew the his rusty horn shaly sand and me fragment are common Olin's shale fragments. Highest payments also. Loc 7. At the Chaly beat Spenny, 1 1/2 mi. NE of Hill Station & John Helorison's home. The contact of the Olin's shale with the syper beds is well shewn, and there is our doubt about the absence of the West Numm.
