50. This bed in the road is north of the & expense. The bed is located too far east on the map. It should be quite close to the railroad, and almost N.N.E from 49. Strike Magnetic N 40 E, dip 48 W. This indicates that the strike is br- coming still more easterly, so as to meet the exposure east of Cliff Pond. The rock is limestone underlying by a sort of crumbling shale.
