seams of holding Orthosina towards bottom of trilobite small, and at top Maclurea sordida Maclurea matutina in crowded abundance. This conglomerate may generally be traced along the side of great slate belt without aid of fossils. Quebec Group. In fold No 4, at Bazlons ledge 1,2,3,4 & 5 occur again. This is east of Mutlar Hill. The lower part of No 5 contains Azaphne or in full force. No 6 in the Rhynchonella bed furnishes no fossils in this fold but in fold 5 contain 'real' or supposed Rhynchonella. Rhynchonella No 7 into Sparry limestone, No 8. Great belt of slate.
