SW of Sunset. 1/2 trip of old tree stump. 2 ft below level of stump is still Swine Richwood with Calligera subquadra. 15 ft interval partly exposed. 1 ft limestone; 5 ft interval, partly exposed. 1/4 of mussels between these lines same as on Oldat type, SW of Sunset. Hebetella insculpta 45 ft interval. Hebetella very abundant. 5 1/2 ft with Oracigeria brevicula, abundant, with Hebetella, Oracigeria brevicula to common 2 ft interval Cerithiaria abund. Oracigeria brevicula common w. Calligera sub- midna. Hebetella sin. common abundant. 10 ft. Bythaea weak, rather common. Bat at a times not common. Calligera subquadra doubt- ful this year. 1/2 trip of old tree stump, clay, SW of Sunset Hebetella insculpta: Lophicaea rhumboides 13 1/2 ft. Olychistroma capax. Steph. plauumula Steph. elongata. in thin limestone and clay many fossils. 10 1/2 ft null stone fossils rather common. Dalmanella gigantea. 4 ft rubble. 1 ft Limestone Dal gigantea w. plauumulus. 4 ft limestone + clay. Dalman gigantea. 3 ft limestone + clay, Steph, may be new or Danae? 2 ft gravel Stephelasma metricum, 8 1/2 ft chiefly limestone and clay Hebetella sinuata & common. Olychistroma brevicula w. bythiaefusa. 45 ft down. 5 1/2 ft chiefly clay rubble limestone full of Hebetella sinuata and Oracigeria brevicula Stephelasma brevicula. 11 ft chiefly rubble clay & few Hebetellae & Oracigeria brevicula to very full. Hebetella sinuata common 2 ft down to trip of old large tree stump at angle of road.
