30) Humming landing road, Mary Goshen. Glacial pebbles & shale, granite gneiss, 31) Immediately above - Den cheat w/gniss. 645½ Devonian limestone w/ft crabs, 642 highest Limestone exposed with Stromatodes 1hr of Oalyces. 608 Limestone layers very persistent. The Waldron was not [illegible] typified line, but may be 25 ft. [illegible] down if the Louisville limestone in this neighborhood is 63ft thick. 32) SWest of Goshen 1½ mile, 678 Devonian limestone with spirogi & Encrinalites, w/ritm. The crab layer may be beneath. 33) 1½ miles SW of Goshen. 643 Devonian cheat, crabs, abundant. 34) Going up hill south of Pond creek, 642 Devonian crabs cheat. 622 Louisville w/ stromatodes. After Devonian is about 642 and plenty of Devonian cheat down to 630f. Not any hard beds, 35) Just before reaching road corner 647 2½ miles & northwest of Goshen. 635 Plenty of limestone w/ft Derv. crabs. 641 limestone w/ft Derv. hard joints. >>>>> Perfect <<<< 36) 1¼ miles NE of Prospect 598 Devonian limestone with plenty of Devonian crabs. 37) 1½ miles NE of Prospect. 628 Dev limestone & Corals. 38) ⅓ mile SW of Road crossing 647 614 Silurian limestone w/ft. Stromatodes. 39) 637 Dev cheat w/ft crabs. 578 44 ft Louisville, 71 15ft Waldron = 598 at base. / 508 40) 620 Dev limestone with plenty of crabs resting on Louisville limestone. 578 Top of Waldron.
