New Bishops dam Of grey gritty New Bishop dam, 55 ft interval, all massive rock. 9 ft gneiss, with lower ft pretty cleated, 5 1/2 ft dolerite cut through, 66 ft continuous cut indurated clay} 3 1/2 ft Daytim limestone 4 ft strongly ferruginous chintz, very irregularly bedded, lens-shaped masses in. 1 ft strongly mottled ferruginous chintz. Ripple marks N 80 or S 2 - 2 1/2 ft deep 2 1/2 in alveolar type, cross folded toward south: 6 village N
