NE of B[illegible] 2ft creamy crinoidal l, interbedded with thin clay 14ft north inter bedded greywacked shaly limestone. 4.5ft moderately crinoidal l, massive 5.5ft creamy crinoidal l, massive sponges 3 pumice 14ft massive l, somewhat crinoidal, massive 48 13ft interval, measured E through the hill, 61 ft (T) Whitfieldella rock like me if the layers at the localities S of Walnut Street in small gulley N of Spring St farm house on E side of this hill. Whitfieldella crop at about same time on West side of hill by quarry — 21 11.5 ft of sandy l, exposures, best exposed in lower 3 ft of section. — 9.5 U | 1/2ft very typical Whitfieldella layer here. — 9 9ft limestone l. massive.
