Holmes,R 1959 Journal 30. 13 July Barrow, Alaska Checked Traps in the morning and afternoon. The weather was poor, with snow and heavy, wind. The nests near A.A.C.S. were checked during the afternoon. 14 July Barrow, Alaska Traps were checked in the 4th Area at 800 area The went down to Footprint Lake and the vicinity of the gaswell. The lake has been drained, but still contains patches of standing water which is nearly impossible to traverse on snow. However by skirting the standing water, travel is quite easy. 15 July Barrow, Alaska Footprint Lake and vicinity was again visited and the north shore Skroait was examined. The lake still so mostly covered with ice. 16 July Barrow, Alaska P. delta left in the morning for Berkeley. During the afternoon, Daniel and 2 Coats To The Berkeley, Clan Logan and Lisha Schley Strugl. The nests near A.A.C.S were also checked.
