Holmes, R. 1960 Journal 3 Sept Barrow, Alaska In the morning, Pitelka, Reynolds and I went out to AACS and to The Beak ridge to discuss the writer's research program. In the afternoon I drove to Shasavit, checked The plot after came back to the base. The last Minnungs were processed in the evening. The weather today, was overcast + snowy. The hindra ponds were all frozen and even Family slough was frozen. Much snow remained in the hindra. 4 Sept. Barrow, Alaska Finished up The Pitelka specimens in the morning (Specimen No. 4021). In the afternoon, Waller, Barger, Reynolds, Pitelka & I went to Duth's tree for a look around. We packed in the evening. Weather airports slightly winds today. Saw Pebble's Seen.
