All of the ponds were again frozen this morning, but the day was generally warmer- due to less wind. 31 Aug Barrow, Alaska I picked up the traps from the fertility plots today. Lemmings were processed in the afternoon evening. Reynolds returned from 9, H Port in the cate afternoon. The morning it snowed until almost noon, leaving ½" to 1" on the ground. Much of it was gone by evening. 1 Sept. Barrow, Alaska The entire day was spent in processing lemmings. The week was sleety & cold. Warner left via Wien airline to Fort Californie.
