Traps checked in the morning,
and Wibelschlag Slogg & others
were adjacent to Elson Lagoon
were visits. Very little bird
life was found. The afternoon
was spent working on a
microtome from Urrist. The
evening was spent out toward
The point + Nunuk. Frolics
of traps were brought in.
28 August Barrow, Alaska
Lot work was completed
during the morning. Bell Meter,
M. Daniels & I went to Footprint
Lake and vicinity. In the
afternoon Traps checked
Freshwater Lagoon. Little shrew
activity seen. Traps were
set out north of this area.
