Swamp Sparrow

Oct. 20 Shoshone, Inyo Co., Calif: 1 in cattails in marsh near
Trailer Court at north end of town - glimpsed only for two
seconds before it disappeared. All I could see was a
strongly outlined white throat; a solid grayish-brown breast,
very rusty red primaries, and no strong eye-line.
