Dendroica palmarum
Nov. 3 Point Reyes area, Marin Co., Calif : 1 in marshy area near ranch which is between the Drakels Beach Rd turnoff and Mendoza Ranch on outer Point Reyes. Found there last week by Ned Bayajian. Rusty cap, strong eyeline, bright yellow undertail coverts, tail wagging, very terrestrial. Calif statebird #410. Another spotted by Timball Garrett in cypress tops at Mendoza Ranch.
