Aug. 14. 1:30 p.m. - In Pine Valley, 4100 ft. alt., about 2 miles west of Laguna Mt. Valley edges with many Jeffrey and yellow pines, mixed; also many live oaks, manzanita, Pius tulebota, ose etc. Meadows with many Western Bluebirds, Violet-green Swallows, Brewer Blackbirds, Wood Pewee.
