3) Carno Mill Black Shale, with interbedded clay, with near base, merging into the shale. Massive limestone 4½ feet Only refined 1 foot Massive limestone are 3½ ft. Fish teeth at very base of this limestone = 2 inch Blue clay shale 18½ ft 9 inches of solid limestone crossing the creek forming a little fall of 1 foot + 4) From Peel N. West of his house. & east side of brook on hill side, 600 feet N of road going west from Kid mill. At top of section are loose boulders with Whitfeldella large crinoid heads + large and small corals. 5½ feet partly exposed. Limestone only fairly exposed and base not certain. 7½ feet, 3 feet clay more, large & small as at end as turns top, Inner part of section nearer the road, 1 ft limestone ½ ft clay 7½ ft limestone Base of Clinton ?
