(2 3/4 massive) 46 ft from J clinton to [illegible] clay layer above clinton & below lower limestone. 190 ft. top of ridge with jolenty of massive brown rock boulders, with white clay slint distance beneath. 53 feet at top of ledmician op- pacment & along with out C'lum. It me to any extent & with- out easily found fossils. The extreme form of limestone facing but seems to indi- cate the above, Petraldium 8 in high loose joint above lowest limest me about 5 1/2 ft above I debertella inculta zone. Columnarform 5 1/2 in. across 5 ft above I debertella inculta zone + great ledm said limestone as described above. 35 Mayenville. About 2 1/2 miles S of town along C+O R.R. Stepharena plana - cross-a- section = 104 ft. above level of R R track where first seen, 1 mile from town, at track level 2 1/2 miles from town. 7 in limestone coarsely fossiliferous lemn-bryozoms, - thin band above. 3 ft 8 in. cluffy shaly clay with 1 or 2 of one inch lenticled clay arch at top. 10 in. limestone hard crupfered chiefly of Dalmanella multisecta. Waved on top. red Dalmanella 10 in shaly clay. 6 in hard limestone fossiliferous 5 ft 3 in shaly clay. 5 in. Two thin bands of [illegible] limestone. 2ft. Shaly clay 6 in. fresh limestone Cephalas & few Dalan. multisecta on top. This pool occurs at intermediate levels. 5 ft 10 in. chiefly shaly clay. 8 in solid fers. cl. 5 in shaly clay. 6 in arid fossil cl. Dalmanmultisecta
